Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. A flat ₹49 fee applies to smaller orders. Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of pickup.
