Raise a return or exchange request from your account within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a pickup at no extra cost for eligible PIN codes.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear is only eligible if the packaging is unopened and tags are intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
